Saturday night it snowed and snowed! Lucky for us, the one hill in all of north Texas is located about 2 miles from our house -- so Sunday morning we got to skip church and go meet some friends for a little sledding, coffee, and donuts. Grant had fun sledding down the hill over and over again (I would tow him to the top and then send him on down...it was pretty hysterical) and Madeline (who just like her mommy does not like the cold) sat in the car with her little friend M. and ate donuts while watching us out the window. I must confess, it wasn't long before I was sitting the car too, enjoying a hot cup of coffee, and watching the sledding from inside the nice warm car!
