Madeline's favorite park activity lately has been to take her "guys" (Dora doll, stuffed puppy, the "twins" - Dora's twin little brother and sister, stuffed Elmo, stuffed kitty, and of course Teddy) to the park and push them on the swings. As you can imagine, we have to make Teddy (or whichever little friend she decides to take) take turns with the real little kids that want to use the swings. Madeline also recently figured out she has two Teddies (we have always kept a back-up "dirty" Teddy in the car and a second one in the house). Well, she is on to us and found both Teddies at the same time...and then she walked around for at least 1/2 hour excitedly saying "I have two teddies...I have two teddies!" Teddy is her favorite lovey that she just has to have at all times.
