On Sunday my parents hosted a BBQ at their house. Mom whipped up some delightful vegan dishes (to go with the burgers - ha!) and the yummiest vegan cupcakes (best cupcakes ever) for Tom's (ahem) "49th" birthday. Add friends, family, and cocktails and wha-la...party!
