Madeline was chosen as the "Sheriff of the Week" for her pre-school class last week and she was super duper excited that it was finally her turn!! She got to be the line leader all week long, have her picture up on the Sheriff wall, wear a special sheriff badge, bring a book from home for her teacher to read to the whole class, and even talk about all of her favorite things in front of the class. 
Here's our proud girl coming home after her first day as Sheriff. (For the life of me I could not get the child to look at the camera for a "sheriff's first day"picture. Oh well!).
