Grant celebrated his 2nd birthday on August 7th. We had a small family party at home -- including our special tradition birthday breakfast - and funfetti cupcakes at pre-school with his friends. Madeline picked out his birthday balloons (Lightening McQueen, of course ... I think I have seen that movie at least 30 times!) and also picked out a big "Mack" and all of the Cars characters for his gift (definitely both of their favorite toys at this moment). It turned out to be a Cars themed birthday!
