MIA

Sorry I have been MIA the past few weeks. It has been a very busy time - I have been extra busy with work as has Mike since today at 12:00 noon his resignation officially took effect. Also, we have all been sick! First Madeline developed a little cough (which she is still taking Benadryl for), then mommy got sick and yesterday Grant followed suit. The poor little guy had a fever all day yesterday and last night which is still lingering, but thankfully it has come down quite a bit from it's 104.1 degree high and is hovering around 101 degrees. He seems much more comfortable today and I believe he is on the mend! Mommy has not been quite so fortunate but I am hoping that tomorrow I will wake up feeling well. Daddy has been a bit under the weather also, but somehow he always manages to avoid the worst of it.

In some other, better news, Madeline is now going to school wearing her big girl underpants (Tinkerbell to be exact...left by Santa...smart fellow that he is) which means no more Pull-Ups!!! Although she is still wearing Pull-Ups at night we finally bit the bullet and she started wearing big girl underpants during the day (and outside the house). Today she went all day without a single accident. We are so proud of her!
