Pee pee problems

SO...a few mornings ago I am laying in bed half asleep and I half hear Madeline yelling something about "I peed. Mommy my jammies are wet..." Then all was quiet. A few minutes later Madeline comes into the bedroom just like every other morning and we got up and we started our morning routine. When I told Madeline she needed to go potty she said "I already went potty - see I put my yoga pants on". It turns out she didn't quite make it to the potty when she got up - she had an accident on the bathroom floor. As she then explained to me in detail...she cleaned the pee up off the floor (well, almost - it required a bit of additional cloroxing) and then took off her wet jammies and undies and put them in her hamper. Then she got clean undies and her yoga pants out of her dresser and got dressed and went about her business. All the while we were asleep. Not bad for a just-turned-three year old...
